Our seniors are the anchors and heavy-lifters in every community and I was very proud to be represented by Anna Oakes as Thorold recognized two very special volunteers recently.
Tony Vandermaas was the recipient of the 2022 Thorold Senior of the Year award, while Lora Vary was chosen as the 2022 Thorold Senior Citizens Association Senior of the Year. Congratulations to both these individuals and I join with the Thorold seniors in thanking them for all their hard work for the benefit of seniors and their community.
