This beautiful symbol of reconciliation and the birth of our world was created by Indigenous artist Delbert Jonathan (JayR), while Six Nations members Dave Labbe and John Bomberry opened and closed the unveiling ceremony.

I commend Niagara Health for taking action to address the reality that access to care isn’t always equal for Indigenous Peoples and we must all do more to build a more inclusive system that serves everyone.
