New packaging not the same as old packaging

Yesterday, I joined Minister Filomena Tassi to announce a $1 million investment in Lintec Label and Print Solutions to help establish a supply of eco-friendly packaging in Southern Ontario.

This investment will create new jobs, strengthen our economy, and drive Canada towards a plastic free future!

We also enjoyed a productive discussion with our partners at Two Rivers Community Centre in Ohsweken about how the federal government can continue to support small businesses in Southern Ontario and advance economic reconciliation.

Thanks to all those who shared their expertise with Minister Tassi and I.

It was also a pleasure to see long time friend and colleague, Brian Hutchings, CAO of the City of Brantford.
